FAS® Gun Foams

GUN GRADE FIRE DOOR GAP FILLING FOAM

This revolutionary PU expanding Fire Door Foam™ has been designed and tested to seal those important gaps between walls and fire door frames, achieving up to 60 minutes of fire protection.

It’s easy to apply, taking around 3 minutes on every door set installed and replaces the need for mineral fibre wool and mastic. It’s also the most certified fire door foam on the market which has been specifically tested on fire door assemblies.

The pigment has recently been changed to orange to distinguish it from generic pink fire foams that are common on the market and untested to work within fire door assemblies.

Fire Rating

Extensively fire tested to 30-120 minutes with fire door sets in accordance with BS 476: Pt 20 & 22: 1987 and BS EN 1634-1: 2014.
Smoke and leakage tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3:2004

This product warranty covers a period of 10 years. (We expect the product to maintain its functionality as a fire-stopping system after 10 years and recommend that the product is inspected annually as part of a fire door routine inspection).
