We aim to despatch all orders as fast as possible — choose collection, local delivery, or courier.

What do our lead times mean?

Each product shows a lead-time badge.

Here’s what those badges tell you about despatch and collection.

In Stock

The item is ready for collection or same-day despatch.

1–2 Working Days

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 1–2 working days.

2–3 Working Days

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 2–3 working days.

3–4 Working Days

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 3–4 working days.

4–5 Working Days

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 4–5 working days.

7 Working Days

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 7 working days.

Mixed orders

Where your order contains items with different lead times, please base the lead time on the longest.

Partial delivery

If you wish to receive a partial delivery, please contact the sales office who will assist with your request.

Split consignments

Sometimes to speed up your delivery we may despatch your order in two separate consignments — some from our warehouse, some direct from the manufacturer.

When placing an order you may select from the following options.

Option 01

Collection from store

Goods can be collected from our Trade Counter. You will be notified by phone call, text, or email when your order is ready for collection.

Option 02

Local delivery

Free of charge on our own transport for orders over £15.

Available to: LE1, LE2, LE3, LE4, LE5, LE6, LE7, LE8, LE9, LE18, LE19, LE67

Option 03

Courier delivery — £6.99 ex VAT

Most orders ship with APC. UK Mainland orders (excluding Scottish Highlands) get free delivery over £200 inc VAT.

UK Mainland deliveries are usually next working day. Occasionally, delivery periods extend for reasons beyond our control.
