We aim to despatch all orders as fast as possible.

What do our lead times mean?

The item is ready for collection or same day despatch.

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 1–2 working days.

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 2–3 working days.

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 3–4 working days.

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 4–5 working days.

The item will be despatched or ready for collection within 7 working days.

Mixed orders: Where your order contains items with different lead times, please base the lead time on the longest.

Partial delivery: If you wish to receive a partial delivery, please contact the sales office who will assist with your request.

Split consignments: Sometimes to speed up your delivery we may despatch your order in two separate consignments — some items from our warehouse, and some direct from the manufacturer.

Goods can be collected from our Trade Counter. You will be notified by phone call, text or email when your order is ready for collection.

DFS Local Delivery

Free on orders over £15

We offer delivery at no extra cost on our own transport on orders over £15.

Courier Delivery

£5.99 inc VAT

We send out most of our orders using the Parcelforce Courier Network. Orders to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) receive free delivery on orders over £200 inc VAT.

Orders to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) are usually delivered on the next working day. Please note that delivery periods are sometimes extended for reasons beyond our control — we apologise for this in advance.
