IKO Hyload Original DPC (Damp Proof Course) is a flexible polymeric sheet material used within solid walls or cavity walls.

It prevents passage of moisture from the ground and at all levels when formed into a cavity tray profile to prevent the downward movement of water.

IKO Hyload Original DPC is used as a horizontal, vertical, or stepped damp proof coursing system.

It is also suitable for the on-site creation of cavity trays within cavity wall constructions.

Proven performance – tried and tested, the product achieved BBA certification in 1967, and has been used by the construction industry for over 50 years.
Developed components – as part of the IKO Hyload system, the product has a fully developed range of components.
Compressive load – the system does not extrude under load, under normal working conditions.
Robust resistance to impact damage, under normal working conditions.
