The J-FIX Vinylester High Load Resin 410ml is a high-performance chemical anchoring resin designed for structural fixing applications in a wide range of base materials. The two-part vinylester formulation provides a strong, reliable bond for installing threaded studs, rebar and internal threaded sockets into concrete, masonry and other suitable substrates.

With ETA Option 1 approval, the resin is suitable for use in both cracked and non-cracked concrete, with performance specified for concrete grades C20/25 to C50/60. It can be installed into dry, damp or flooded holes and offers an expansion-free anchoring solution, making it particularly suitable where close spacing or reduced edge distances are required.
The J-FIX Vinylester Resin is also styrene-free, suitable for overhead installation, and has a stated anchor service life of up to 100 years under the relevant ETA approval. The 410ml cartridge is supplied complete with one mixer nozzle for convenient installation.

How to use Vinylester Resin - JCP Fixings
Pure Vinylester Resin Styrene Free is suitable for use in concrete, brickwork and most natural stone. It can be used in dry, damp and flooded holes. Furthermore it can be used for installing threaded studs, rebar or internal threaded sockets for structural applications such as: • Columns • Guard rails • Façades • Staircases • Silo installation • Machines • Cantilever beams The JCP Vinylester Resin is ETA Option 1 approved and is also approved for use in contact with potable (drinking) water.
