B1 FILL & FIX FIRE RATED GUN PU FOAM

A high quality polyurethane based expanding foam designed to give excellent thermal and acoustic characteristics. Expands up to 30 times its original volume, quick to dry and can be sawn, sanded and painted once fully cured. Ideal for filling and insulating irregular or awkward gaps where the foam can expand and fill the cavity to prevent heat loss and deaden sound. Can also be used as a temporary fix prior to mechanical anchors being installed.

TIMCO B1 fire rated fill & fix expanding foam is a premium quality fire resistant polyurethane based expanding foam formulated to give excellent performance in a majority of fire critical applications. The complex cell structure also gives the foam excellent thermal and acoustic characteristics. Tested in accordance with BS 476-20, EN1366-4, EN13501 and DIN4102-1 for use in fire safety critical applications requiring up to 4 hours fire resistancne
