VETO Intumescent Door Seals are designed to close the gap between the fire door and the frame in the event of a fire thereby preventing the spread of smoke and hot gasses through a building. The strip is rebated into the edge of the door or frame and can lay dormant for many years only activating when exposed to rising temperatures and pressures in a fire situation.
Our combined fire and smoke seal features a brush pile to provide a permanent seal around the door to prevent cold smoke from passing through the building. The fire and smoke seal also provides additional thermal and acoustic benefits. Available in white or brown to match common door finishes.
